Google Analytics only loads after you have explicitly allowed Analytics. If Analytics is declined or later withdrawn, GA4 does not load on subsequent page views, future analytics tracking stops, and Onward's GA4 cookies are removed where technically possible.

The booking calendar is provided and managed by HUXTON on behalf of Onward Counselling using HighLevel infrastructure. It is not loaded automatically. You are first shown a "Load booking calendar" panel. Only after you choose to load the calendar is the booking iframe created and permitted to use its own cookies or similar technologies.
This choice is separate from Onward Counselling's Analytics preference. You do not need to allow Onward Analytics in order to use the booking calendar.
A third-party technology is only treated as essential where it is genuinely necessary to provide a service you have requested. Its category reflects its actual purpose rather than being assumed essential by default.
You can review or change your cookie choices at any time using Cookie Settings.
If you previously allowed analytics, you can withdraw that choice at any time through Cookie Settings. Analytics should stop being used for future activity once your preference has been changed.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete information that may already have been collected while analytics was enabled.
